Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or engraved pieces may take longer and you'll be informed before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Methods: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship across the continental U.S., with typical delivery times between 3–7 business days.
Packaging: All items are securely packaged using recyclable materials. Fragile artwork includes reinforced protection.
Lost or Damaged Items: Please visit the Contact page within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Include photos—we’ll assist with claims and replacements.
Ownership & Responsibility: Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping provider. Delivery delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are out of our control.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be governed by Georgia law and handled in Bryan County jurisdiction. We’ll always aim to resolve issues amicably before legal steps.
